The group started in 1998 and since then our activity has been open training, workshops and jams.

Contact Improvisation (CI) is a dance technique in which points of physical contact provide the starting point for movement improvisation and exploration.
Open training will typically consist of a warm up, common exercises, an open jam and finishing with bodywork/massage.
Kontaktimprovisation (KI) er en form for dans, hvor fysiske kontaktpunkter skaber udgangspunktet for improviseret bevægelse og undersøgelse.
Træningen vil ofte bestå af opvarmning, fælles øvelser, jam og evt. massage/body Work.

CI training is for everyone: experienced movers and beginners.
We strive to adapt the class for the ones showing up

7 experienced CI movers takes turns in teaching / facilitating the trainings.

Members: Free
Drop-in: 50 kr.
WORKSHOPS:
We arrange 1-2 workshops annually. It can be with the permanent teachers or guest teachers from abroad.
In addition, we arrange open Jams with musicians several times a year.
MEMBERSHIP:
Autumn Season Membership: 450 kr.
Spring Season Membership: 450 kr.
Drop-in: 80 kr.
First time training: Free
